Cancellation Policy

Once we begin your way on a service call, you will be responsible for the service fee.

Lockout Policy

When a call is scheduled, information is needed. Please provide us with address where service is requested, your name and a local call back number. If automotive service is needed, please provide year, make and model of car.

Payment requirements

  • We are currently not set up to accept credit cards.
  • We do require a local check and cash.
  • No checks will be accepted after regular business hours.
    Select billing requires payment within 30 days (account information must be established before scheduled job).

Pricing

We strive to provide honest up-front pricing with no hidden costs. Often pricing is difficult to quote over the phone. Please be patient as we ask questions that will determine fees.

Pricing will be determined by:

  • Location of service
  • Make, year, model of car
  • Time of day
  • Weekday or weekend service
  • Additional car information may include: number of doors, airbag information, tilt steering, anti-theft features, glove/console lock
  • If the keys are locked IN the car, location of keys (i.e., trunk, cabin)

Upcharge

An upcharge may be made for some work. This may include retrofitting a door for new hardware, adjusting latches or bolts, and rekeying when no working key is available.

Required paperwork

In order to protect you, we do require:

  • Current identification, which includes current address
  • Proof of ownership of vehicle, i.e. current registration
  • Proof of ownership of home/condo, i.e. lease

Scheduling policies

We understand the occurrence of emergencies and we will work with you whenever possible. However, we do schedule appointments up to a week in advance. Please keep in mind that some jobs will take longer than usual and we may run behind your appointment time. We do require a local call back number to ensure communication with you.
